The power consumption of the light is large, and the protection measures are relatively complete. Therefore, if the internal control components or bulbs are damaged due to transportation or installation, the moving head lights will generally not work properly. Second, it is necessary to correctly set the stage lighting products. It can be said that all stage lights must be properly set up to work normally. The settings include the control form of the lights, the power supply mode, the range of motion, the dmx address of the lights in the system, and the control line terminal processing. Among them, the position setting of the lamp in the system often makes mistakes in the project, and its setting is carried out by the selection of the address code, that is, the DIP switch on the lamp must be carried out in strict accordance with the form provided in the product manual, and cannot be rushed.
Third, Setting of lighting control equipment. The biggest feature of stage lighting fixtures is that they need to have corresponding and set correct control equipment to control the operation. If the console is not selected properly, the setting is unreasonable or malfunctions, the stage lighting systems will not work normally, or even not work. Especially the complex lighting console plays an important role in the normal work of the light. Therefore, the equipment must be set. The content of the set includes the control form, the output mode of the control signal, the model and quantity of the lamps, and the content of the control program software.
Finally, after the above steps are completed, it is necessary to check whether the action of the controller and the motion of the stage lights are consistent, whether the self-check of the light is normal, etc. In addition, pay attention to whether the lighting system and the sound system interfere with each other.
