• The moving head lights is uneven laying.
The following is the problem description.
When setting and designing the stage lights, the number of moving head lights is very obvious enough, and the lights are always shaded, and the laying is uneven.
There are three main causes.
First, the number of moving head lights rows is too small and the placement of the moving head stage lights is uneven.
Second, the beam angle of the moving head lamp is too small.
Third, the stage lighting equipment is placed too low.
Ok, here let's see how to troubleshoot this problem.
First, during the stage lighting design for bands, dummies, churches, etc., we should clearly understand the stage size and the height at which the stage lighting equipment can be placed.
Second, according to the stage lighting effect and illumination requirements, we should choose the appropriate beam angle stage lighting fixtures for event productions.
Third. calculate the distance and quantity between the stage light unit according to the height of the stage and the beam angle of the stage lighting equipment.
Finally, if it is indeed impossible to change the position of the stage lights and the angle of the light beam, and we can cross-adjust the projection angle of the lights on each stage light row, which can also achieve the purpose.
• The stage lighting equipment is too noisy.
The following is the problem description.
After the stage lighting system is built, as long as the lights are turned on, the noise is too loud. The main reason is that the high power stage lights will generate a lot of heat when using, and the lamps will generate noise through fan cooling. The installable position of the stage lights is too low, and there is no sound absorption treatment around, which is more prominent.

When the space above the stage is short, the use of scenes and dramas, etc., have relatively high noise requirements. You should choose silent stage lights without fan cooling, and the lamp position should be as far away from the stage as possible, which can effectively reduce the noise caused by stage lighting fixtures.
Second, when you cannot replace the noisy stage lights with mute lighting equipment, the installation position of the lamps should be as high as possible, and the sound absorption treatment should be done around the lamps.
• The surface light is dazzling.
The following is the problem description.
The improper surface light layout is prone to glare problems. The problem is that the surface light needs to ensure that the stage has sufficient coverage, and it is far away from the stage. If the height is certain, the projection angle is not enough, which causes the eyes dazzling.
Let's see how to troubleshoot it. The number of surface light fixtures should be as large as possible to ensure the coverage of surface light. The angle between the direction of surface light projection and the horizontal direction should be 45 degrees. If the angle is too small, it is easy to dazzle. If the angle is too large, there is a shaded area under the face.
• Stage lights are out of control.
The following is the problem description.
After the installation of stage lighting productions, there is no problem with the dmx address of the lamps, but there is a problem of stage lights running out of control. There are three main reasons. First, the signal control circuit problem. Second, the problem of the library of stage lighting equipment. Third, different types of lamps share a control line.
We can tackle these problems as follow.
First, check that there is no problem with the dmx address of the stage lighting equipment.
Second, check whether the signal control cable is broken.
Third, check whether there is any problem with the welding of the signal control cable connector.
Fourth, the number of lamps shared by one signal control cable should not be too much. One row of lights and one control cable is required.
Fifth, the signal control cable should not be too long, and add a signal distribution dmx amplifier.
Sixth, contact the manufacturer to confirm whether the light library is correct.
Seventh, one signal control cable controls the same lamp. And try not to share many different types of lamps.
